In this surgery game saving the world of this threat is in you hands. But in order to get your vaccine stronger you have to eat as baddies as possible. Achieve this by shooting enemies to make them shrink, when the enemy is small enough you can eat it! Eating them, will fill up your power bar; if you fill up the fire bar three times your firepower will increase. Watch out the bar on the right of your screen, the bigger it is, the more your vaccine is getting better!Use D and H keys to shoot, S or J to eat enemies and press A or K for secondary weapon.
